A Year of Mornings

I've just marked this book as "to-read" in goodreads. I find the idea of it very original ,sweeeeeet and kinda romantic =) I'm realy looking forward to buy it but I guess I'll have to order it to my librarian as it won't be available...too bad ebay doesn't work in morroco :(

It inspired me to find a useful habit (yet a romantic one) to do in the morning hours "before the hustle and bustle of the day commences, it is the perfect time to pause and enjoy a sense of renewal and vitality." Maybe I will give photography a shot, or read some good beautiful books, or both, or find another thing to do...The point is: I don't want to waste another beautiful peaceful morning.


I think of all the mornings I've wasted these past 25 years and it just make me feel sad :(


Soooo, see you another morning...all awake I hope :)

Romance and Slow motion

I believe appropriate slow motion can add this extra of mystery, peace and romance to a regular meaningless movie, just like this one.
Sometimes, when I'm in a romantic mood, I picture myself in slow motion :p
I know, I'm a silly person, but I'm loving it :D

On being a lame PhD student

Whenever I pull myself together and decide to sit and work on my thesis I find myself surfing on the internet watching youtube videos and reading malaysian, indonesian,  australian, muslim and non-muslim blog entries. I just do everything but working on what I'm supposed to work on, and this just make me sad :(

Tomorrow I'll be meeting my thesis supersisor and yet I don't really know what I'll be presenting. I don't have much time left and I'm here babbling about my laziness.

I guess I'll cut it now and go work.
